In 1921, the historic mill in Coccolia (RA), dating back to 1445, came into the ownership of the Spadoni family. Over three generations – first under Livio Spadoni, then Libero, and now Leonardo – the mill began to evolve.

Molino Spadoni is now a leading player in the flour and premix market, pursuing a clear expansion strategy that has led to the creation of a Group operating across numerous segments of the food industry: frozen and ambient baked goods, gluten-free products, and organic products. Production is spread across nine company-owned plants, organised primarily by product category.
