At the beginning of the last century, Gennaro Fabbri gave his wife Rachele a beautiful vase: a small gift to thank her for her latest culinary creation.

Gennaro’s entrepreneurial vision has in fact made Amarena Fabbri a hallmark of creativity and continuous innovation, a fruit with an unmistakable red colour that has become an ambassador of Italian style and taste around the world. And so a dessert, a fruit and a jar, have today become the symbol of Fabbri 1905 in Italy and in over 100 countries around the world.
