The history of Acqua Minerale San Benedetto began on 10 April 1956 when, in the heart of the Sile Park, the Group’s first plant for bottling mineral water was established in Scorzè (Venice), Fonte San Benedetto and Fonte Guizza. The company takes its name from the spring of the same name, known since the times of the Venetian Republic as the ‘Antica Fonte della Salute’ and sought after by Venetian families for its curative qualities.

In a short time, San Benedetto was transformed from a small local producer into a reality present throughout Italy, with strong interests even outside the national borders. Today it is a ‘total’, multi-specialist and multi-channel Group, successfully operating in all segments of the non-alcoholic beverage sector.
